Projects and Developments

Silbury Hill, Waden Hill and Avebury Hill in Nelspruit are executive security complex developments built by Effektus. Effektus Construction has been involved in the building of several other developments in and around the Nelspruit area, such as Hoogland Estates and Villa Salerno as well as the new Manor Court development in West Acres.

Past projects include Belmontè and Klapperkruin in Sonheuwel and Tussen Berge, Berg 'n Bos and Op Die Berg developments in Steiltes. Effektus also renovated and put up new shops for KFC and African Bank in Mpumalanga, among many other projects.
