Unit Options

Silbury Hill consists of nine types of units; types A to I, together with a choice of two finishes; classic or executive. These options include spacious stands with simplex (single storey) and duplex (double storey) units to choose from.

Each of the 69 units is designed and placed on the development to maximise the value and quality of each property. Thus only certain types of units are available on spesific stands, as portrayed below.

WJ Architects in Nelspruit was responsible for the site layout and is also responsible for the design, drawing of plans for all units and the liaising with clients regarding any alterations. Their contact details can be found under the Resources link on the left.
